Brett Leable
Sr. Construction Field Observer
Brett Leable is a Senior Construction Field Observer in the Office of Facilities Planning and Construction at the Â鶹¹ÙÍø, joining the department in 2024.
In his role, Leable oversees quality assurance, risk management/project safety, site inspections, as well as design and building standards. Upon completion of a project, he makes sure the delivery of the building is complete and that the users are trained effectively and efficiently. Leable also monitors the building warranties until final closeout.
Before joining the FP&C team at the Â鶹¹ÙÍø, Leable owned a successful General Contracting company for 18 years building projects from Colorado to Canada. Leable earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and in Economics from the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point in 2004.
He and his wife, Rachael, have one son, Emmett.
