Lonnie Pierce
Lonnie Pierce is a Senior Construction Field Observer in the office of Facilities Planning and Construction at the Â鶹¹ÙÍø, joining the department in 1989.
Pierce oversees quality assurance, risk management/project safety, site inspections, and design and building standards. Upon completion of a project, he makes sure the delivery of the building is complete and that the users are trained effectively and efficiently. He also monitors the building warranties until final closeout. While serving his 30 years at the Â鶹¹ÙÍø, Pierce has been on over 40 projects.
Before his time at the Â鶹¹ÙÍø, Pierce served as a construction worker for Joe Feagin Construction and a Maintenance Supervisor for the H. Ross Perot Pyramid Plaza.
He and his wife, Melissa, have one son, Michael.
