Julie Doss
Julie Doss, J.D., is a dynamic and seasoned leader with more than two decades of experience in higher education, law and nonprofit engagement.
She currently serves as executive director of system relations for the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech University System (TTU System), where she leads strategic engagement efforts, manages high-profile events and oversees stewardship for systemwide stakeholders.
Known for her ability to connect people, ideas, and institutions, she has built a reputation for empowering teams, crafting compelling messaging, and fostering lasting partnerships across public and private sectors. A trusted advisor to senior leaders and a mentor to rising professionals, Doss is a frequent speaker and active volunteer whose work has been recognized with numerous local and statewide honors.
Before joining the TTU System Administration, Doss, a licensed attorney and former litigation counsel, also held leadership roles in advancement, alumni relations, career development, communications, and student affairs, working at Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech University School of Law, Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech University Health Sciences Center and Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech University Jerry S. Rawls College of Business.
Doss received her Bachelor of Business Administration in management from Â鶹¹ÙÍø A&M University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech University School of Law, where she was a valued member of the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech Law Review and was a Regents Scholarship recipient.
Doss has several professional licenses and admissions, including United States District Court for the Eastern District of Â鶹¹ÙÍø (2012), Supreme Court of the United States (2011), United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces (2009), United States District Court for the Northern District of Â鶹¹ÙÍø (2001) and the State Bar of Â鶹¹ÙÍø (1999).
She is married to Larry Doss, a justice on the 7th District Court of Appeals, and they have three grown children.
