Frank J. Gonzales

Managing Attorney & Executive Director for General Law

Frank Gonzales is the Managing Attorney & Executive Director for General Law in the Office of General Counsel at the Â鶹¹ÙÍø, joining the department in 1998. In his role, Gonzales maintains expertise in all areas of practice related to the operations of Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso.

Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, he practiced law with private law firms. From 1993-1997, Gonzales served as Chief of the White Collar Crime Unit in the El Paso County District Attorney’s Office.
