Lindzi Timberlake
Managing Attorney & Executive Director for Transactions
Lindzi Timberlake joined the Office of General Counsel at the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech University System in 2024. She primarily specializes in contracting matters, health care law and acquisitions on behalf of Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, Lindzi worked in-house for a telehealth start-up company and for a multi-state health system. She spent seven years in private practice in Richmond, Virginia, and Dallas, Â鶹¹ÙÍø.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Â鶹¹ÙÍø, Lindzi earned her juris doctor from the University of Â鶹¹ÙÍø School of Law and her MPH from the University of Â鶹¹ÙÍø Health Sciences Center in Houston, Â鶹¹ÙÍø.
Lindzi is an active member of the State Bar of Â鶹¹ÙÍø and the State Bar of New Mexico. She maintains an inactive license with the Virginia State Bar.
