Recently, Chancellor shared his thoughts on the future of higher education with The Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tribune as part of its special statewide series of public events.
The event was held on the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech University campus in Lubbock and was the first installment of The Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tribune's Conversation Series, which features in-depth discussions with prominent elected officials and leading thinkers looking ahead five years in major policy areas.
Moderated by Evan Smith, CEO and editor-in-chief of The Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tribune, the discussion also included , executive director of the University of Â鶹¹ÙÍø Institute of the Americas, and former president of the University of Â鶹¹ÙÍø at Brownsville, State Sen. , R-Lubbock, and , president and CEO of the Greater Â鶹¹ÙÍø Foundation, on the panel.
