Recently, Chancellor shared his thoughts on the future of higher education with The Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø Tribune as part of its special statewide series of public events.
The event was held on the Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø Tech University campus in Lubbock and was the first installment of The Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø Tribune's Conversation Series, which features in-depth discussions with prominent elected officials and leading thinkers looking ahead five years in major policy areas.
Moderated by Evan Smith, CEO and editor-in-chief of The Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø Tribune, the discussion also included , executive director of the University of Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø Institute of the Americas, and former president of the University of Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø at Brownsville, State Sen. , R-Lubbock, and , president and CEO of the Greater Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø Foundation, on the panel.
