Rick Moore
Rick Moore is the Director of Field Observation in the Office of Facilities Planning and Construction at the Â鶹¹ÙÍø, joining the department in 2000.
Prior to his time in this department, Moore worked in TTU Building Maintenance and Construction from 1978 until early 1995, during which he completed several US Department of Labor Apprenticeship Programs, including the plumbing trade, pipefitting trade, HVAC, and building construction elements. He was then promoted to Steam Shop Foreman in 1992. In 1995, Moore was hired as an Inspector for TTU Engineering Services and then came to Facilities Planning and Construction in 2000 as a Senior Inspector and then Director of Field Observation. Moore has been with Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech University for 43 years.
He and his wife, Carla Dee, have two boys, Kyle and Stephen. Their son Kyle and his wife, Leslie, have three children: Kason, Jarrett, and Landry.
