- Description: Problems considered nuisances, but not preventing work from continuing.
- Resolution: Response from ETS will be within 1 business day during business hours.
- Critical
- Description: Production is adversely affected but able to continue processing.
- Resolution: Response from ETS will be within 1 hour during business hours.
- Blocker
- Description: Production is down and work cannot continue.
- Resolution: Response from ETS will be within 15 minutes 24x7.
