Scheduled Maintenance Windows
Enterprise Technology Solutions (TOSM) has identified the following maintenance windows, when possible, to be used for upgrades, testing, patch application, and other potential downtime for all systems hosted at ETS.
- Saturday 6pm until Sunday 6am
- Sunday 6pm until midnight Monday
- Thursday following the second Tuesday of each month from 8am – 5pm (Microsoft’s patch Tuesday - * applies to test systems only * )
Most systems managed by ETS are included in the weekly patch cycle during the Sunday maintenance window and will be momentarily unavailable during this window while security patches are applied and systems are rebooted. Larger outages outside beyond standard maintenance that impact critical systems will be announced 48 hours in advance when possible.
