Joanna Harkey is the Senior Managing Attorney & Executive Director for Professional Liability of the Office of General Counsel where she specializes in medical malpractice litigation, Â鶹¹ÙÍø Medical Board administrative proceedings and risk management in health care.
Prior to joining the General Counsel’s office in 1994, Harkey was in the private practice of law where she maintained a general practice, primarily handling insurance litigation, family law and criminal defense matters.
Harkey received her bachelor’s degree from Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech University in 1980 and graduated from the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Tech University School of Law in 1984.
